If the products sold do not satisfy your needs or arrive damaged, they must be returned it their entirety within 30 days for a full product refund. VCR tapes, DVD videos, CDs, audio tapes, computer software, inspection reports, CD presentations, and custom orders are not returnable. Books are returnable within 7 days of receipt. All returns must be in their original box in new condition with all instructions, invoices and packing slips. We make every attempt to have all items in stock. In the event of a back order, the item(s) will be shipped as soon as possible. Customer will have the option to cancel the order should you decide not to wait. Infrared cameras are not in stock. Please allow 2-6 weeks maximum for delivery. Infrared cameras may not be returned to Inspection Depot for any reason. Defective cameras covered by the manufacturer's warranty must be returned/exchanged directly with FLIR. Thank you for your understanding. |
