Hello To The Inspection Depot Team, I recently attended your home-inspection school this past March. I am please to say that all is going well. It's been quite hectic with regards making flyers and various correspondence to keep up with the Real Estate agents I meet but it has been worth it. I commit myself to offering a premium service from the very start and let my clients know that we are not just their inspector for the day - they can contact us anytime with any questions. Working for a General Contractor as well as being a Licenced Insurance Claims Adjuster, I've been able to transfer all my knowledge into delivering a quality product. As for client satisfaction, I always do a follow-up letter (realtors love that). Along with my reporting system, ITA's system (good but not great - I may order your system next time), I include a 20-25 page narrative report professionally binded with a cover sheet that includes a picture of the front of the house. This report goes through what we saw during the inspection and it also educates the client. I also add a few things that protect me. I always have somone answer the phone - always. I deliver complete written reports via e-mail (read only) that include the digital photographs within 24 hrs and the client has the report in their hands within 48hrs. Writing the first report took the longest but now I have a template to work with for each following report. I just delete and add what is neccessary. I document everything ie. smells, sounds, weather, pets, client involvement, etc. I can't say enough about your course or the instructors involved. I wouldn't be where I am today without it. Mike Rowan and Brian Thomee, Thank you, for a very educational and enjoyable week. Burt was a terrific instructor, even though some of his philosophies of how to conduct a home inspection were different from yours. in fact, this was a plus because it gave me alternatives. I would not want to start out in this business without attending a class like this. I do not believe any other company could have conducted one any better than Inspection Depot. hi folks--truly enjoyed my time out in the beautiful state of Florida. this is Charles jolly jr. was in the class you held the end of Jan. It was a wonderful/entertaining time that i shall not forget. not to mention all the information that was given out in heavy doses in a timely manner. kudos to Burt,a must keep for your company. i will be in wyo. for a couple of days playing guide for some ice fisherman,but feel free to write back as soon as you can. don't want to lose out on the student prices.. thank you for your time----have a wonderful day...chuck
